First Bristol leases 95,000 s/f to 4 at former General Electric Building

WARWICK, RI. First Bristol Corp. of Fall River has leased over 95,000 s/f with long-term agreements at 171 Service Ave to EDS Information Services, LLC; Tuition Management Systems, Accredited Home Lenders, and National City Mortgage.

EDS obtained this office space totaling approximately 24,000 s/f as a result of the need to expand operations in R.I. and nearby states to serve their growing client base. “Such features as a large floor plate, back up power generators, a signature building design with visibility from Rte. 95, and ample parking created an attractive package for this national tenant,” said Jamie Karam, Vice President of First Bristol Corporation.

Tuition Management Systems leased 26,000 s/f to service its growing base of tuition financing at major educational institutions across the U.S.

Accredited Home Lenders, a California based lender, will also take 26,000 s/f.

First Bristol is in the process of completing this $6million first-class reconstruction of this former General Electric Building, located off Jefferson Blvd. The site has visibility from Rte. 95, and is one mile from T.F. Green Airport.
