First Bristol Corp. Leases 25,000 s/f to Tuition Mgmt. (New England Real Estate Journal)

Warwick, RI First Bristol Corp. of Fall River, Mass has leased 25,000 s/f at 225 service Ave. to Tuition Managment Systems, a 20-year educational financial firm, employing approximately 175 employees. First Bristol Corp. is in the process of Phase 1 construction with a $4 million gut rehab of the former General Electric facility located of Jefferson Blvd. This site has visibility from Rte. 95 and is one mile from the T.F. Green Airport, as well as the proposed Warwick train station. Tuition Managment chose this location due to the wide-open floor plan, excelent labor pool, abundant parking, and resonable rental rate. Gerry Surprenant of NAI MG Commercial represented the tenant. First Bristol Corp. is also in final negotiations for another 25,000 s/f with a national credit tenant. New England Real Estate Journal
