Woonsocket Office for $4.79M

Investor Buys 60,260-SF Building at 25 John A. Cummings Way

Michael Mizrahi acquired 25 John A. Cummings Way in Woonsocket from First Bristol Corp. for $4.79 million, or about $79.50 per square foot.

The four-story, 60,258-square-foot, Class B office building was built in 1990 and is in the Woonsocket submarket. It is on 2.2 acres. The multitenant investment property features banking, on-site management, signage, a bus line, mezzanine space and an atrium.

Brain Clark of Sperry Van Ness represented Michael Mizrahi. Robert Cronin, senior vice president, Lisa Campoli, executive vice president and head of the investment sales group, and broker Nick Herz of Meredith & Grew Inc. represented First Bristol Corp.
