 Current Projects 95 room Marriott Residence Inn in to begin construction early July. 6/2/2005 First Bristol has just been approved to build a 95 room Residence Inn by Marriott in Middletown, RI. Residence Inn is the number one brand in the extended stay hotel sector. Construction will begin early July.
