Adam Asakli, First Bristol Corporation’s Regional Director of Hotel Operations joined First Bristol Corporation in 2014. Adam has over 24 years of diversified hospitality leadership experience serving in a variety of roles including, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Guest Services Manager for multiple hotel brands including Hilton, Marriott, Choice and Wyndham hotels. Prior to his employment with First Bristol, Adam served as a General Manager for a large, national hospitality management company.
Adam’s diversified knowledge and experiences are instrumental in his responsibilities to lead and support his teams in a culture of hospitality excellence while also assisting the company with the development of policies, standard operating and audit procedures that align with its strategic goals.
In 2017, under Adam’s leadership, the Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport/Middletown won the coveted Connie Pride Award of Excellence which is given to the top performing Homewood Suites property based on guest satisfaction scores, quality assurance scores, and RevPAR.
