Success You Can Count On
Since its founding nearly 40 years ago by Chairman James J. Karam, and currently run by Co-CEO’s Jamie and Jeffrey Karam, First Bristol Corporation has developed in excess of 4 million square feet of retail, commercial, residential and hotel properties. First Bristol develops high-quality retail shopping centers, office buildings and hotels throughout the Northeast.
Partnerships include Walmart, Stop & Shop, CVS-anchored shopping centers, Bank of America and Traveler’s Insurance Company; many of the largest and most successful nationally recognized brands. The firm is also a leading provider of Hilton and Marriott hotels.
First Bristol has achieved recognition for its contribution to three Massachusetts award-winning Historic Residential Rehabilitation projects: Lafayette Place, The Highlands and The Hudner Building. In addition, Hilton Worldwide bestowed “Best National Conversion” awards to the Norwood Hampton Inn & Suites in Norwood, MA in 2006 and the Hampton Inn & Suites Providence (RI) Downtown in 2011; the only New England project honored that year for its preservation of a historic building.
At First Bristol Corporation, we know that a successful development is a dynamic process that begins with a careful plan based on project goals, economic projections and client needs. Whether First Bristol is building or managing a development or assisting in the development and execution of a project, you are assured of a strong and proven executive team at the helm. With a core value of timeless commitment to excellence, this nationally recognized industry leader continues its upward trajectory today.
