First Bristol Corporation is proud to announce that construction is underway on a new 105-room Hampton Inn by Hilton in Washington Square, directly across from our existing Homewood Suites by Hilton Worcester and historic Union Station.
The five-story, 59,655-square-foot hotel represents an estimated $28.7 million investment and marks another exciting chapter in First Bristol’s continued commitment to downtown Worcester.
Since opening Homewood Suites Worcester in 2017, we have witnessed the city’s continued growth as a destination for business, education, entertainment, and tourism. The addition of Hampton Inn will expand lodging options in this central location, supporting demand generated by Worcester’s universities, businesses, and regional attractions.
Beyond providing additional accommodations, the development will contribute to the revitalization of Washington Square, create new employment opportunities, and generate long-term economic value for the community.
