A small grassy lot at the intersection of Coddington Highway and West Main Road, located in Middletown’s bustling commercial area, is set for redevelopment. The planned “Middletown Center” will feature a combination of multi-family housing, mixed-use spaces for retail and businesses, and a 144-room hotel.
