Since joining the organization in 2005, she has held multiple leadership roles and currently serves as the Corporate Director of Sales. In this role, she oversees multiple sales teams, driving results through direct sales, marketing, and revenue management.
Elaine has been instrumental in launching new hotels, navigating brand transitions, and driving market growth. She brings a wealth of experience to every project, pairing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. Known for her sharp insights and ability to turn plans into real results, she consistently exceeds revenue goals.
