Lindsey Nickerson joined First Bristol’s Hospitality Division in 2019 as the Director of Revenue Management. Lindsey has served over 17 years in the hospitality industry with various brands of select-service hotels and maintains the experience, ability, and proven success in all aspects of revenue strategy, sales and marketing management, team leadership and broad knowledge of hotel revenue and operating systems. In her current role, Lindsey provides corporate revenue expertise, value, resources and support to First Bristol’s hotel properties. Lindsey is also responsible for further developing and managing the vision, strategy, oversight and leadership of revenue generation and maximization for the entire hotel portfolio.
Lindsey previously served as Regional Revenue Manager for the Southeast Region with Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC and for over 6 years she maintained the corporate revenue oversight of 14 hotels, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, and Choice select-service brands. She is well regarded in the hospitality industry, with experience in operations and over 10 years in sales/marketing.
