Lynn Morley

VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

Lynn Morley joined First Bristol Corporation in 2016 and is the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Lynn leads all human resources policies, programs, and services for the organization. Areas of focus include employment, compensation, employee relations, health and welfare, safety, organization development and learning, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Since joining First Bristol, Lynn has focused her efforts on integrating human resources initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization. Lynn has over 25 years of experience in human resources management. She holds an undergraduate degree from Lesley University and master’s degree in human Resource Management and Professional Human Resources Designation from Emmanuel College.

Lynn is an active member of the national and local chapters of the Society of Human Resources Management and local human resource roundtables.
