Renee Lancia began her career in 2009 as Sales Coordinator at the Hampton Inn & Suites Providence-Downtown. By 2011, she advanced to Sales Manager and, in 2018, was promoted to Director of Sales for the brand-new Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence-Downtown. In September 2023, Renee transitioned into the role of Task Force Director of Sales, and Corporate Digital Marketing Administrator.
EXPERIENCE
With a strong background in sales and marketing, Renee’s expertise has helped drive the success of several First Bristol Hotels. Her accomplishments include being recognized in 2013 as one of the Emerging Leaders Under 30 by the Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce.
EDUCATION
Renee attended CCRI, where she spent two years focusing on General Education, building a foundation in communication, leadership, and business principles. This education has contributed to her ability to lead and innovate in her professional roles.
